Where it began.

Letchmore was founded in 2011 by David Sandford. While working as a project manager he became frustrated with the slow speed and waste that was common in residential construction. Things were taking longer than they needed to, clients money was being wasted and communication lag was hindering progress.  Letchmore was born with a clear mission; to focus on delivering the finest residential improvements, and new homes. To serve developers and homeowners in a way that that exceeds their expectations, forms long running relationships and ensures repeat business. We choose to work with people that are positive, energetic and love the work they do because we believe that the right people, the right attitude and the right systems can make our business stand out as the very best in our area.
