What does a dot really mean? I dot can mean a lot of things literally and even in abstract. A dot can mean a period, meaning the end of something already said and done. It somehow translates to the end of someone's happiness or suffering. Sometimes, a dot is used to focus one's attention in a plain white space. It presents uniqueness, being covered in a pure color show that it is unique and one of a kind.
